I have this remote, and it is great. super easy to program and customize for each activity. even easy to tweak the menu. i love it and it's the first multi-remote that my technologically inept wife has been able to master. the one downside is that when we bought another one (the non-xbox model) for the other room, the software did not recognize it was a new and different remote and i had to completely un-install the software on my computer and start from scratch, hence losing my setup for the first remote, so i'll be in trouble if i ever add a new component to my original setup.
