Wow! No wires! These guys invent speakers that require no power and it's not on the evening news! Are they powered by fusion? Oh, you mean there's just no speaker wire? Hmmm, well last time I checked the electrical wire counts as a wire. So I guess there not so "wireless" after all, eh? Wake me when you make something truely remarkable...
I've $10 speakers that don't require a power cable. They're powered by battery. But I think you're right, that's probably not the case for the subwoofer, making the effort totally pointless.
ha i always seem to forget about the power cord when i think of wireless things like speakers.. thanks for reminding me. i hate having to plug things into the wall, id rather have the cord coming from the receiver itself to power the speakers.
